• Payment Information needed to complete transactions with us. If you purchase or access one of our games (or if you make in-game purchases) through a third party platform (e.g., Steam, Play Store, App Store, Nintendo Store, etc.) the third-party payment processor associated with the third-party platform will collect the billing and payment information it needs to process your payment. This may include your postal address, e-mail address, and credit card number. Sound Games does not receive or store credit card information on our servers. We receive a transaction “token” and a one-time use ID number so we can validate that the transaction has been successfully completed.

• Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving our marketing communications and details about your engagement with them.

• Other information not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

Automatically Collected Data:

• Log data: Information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit the Site or use our Services. Log data includes your IP address so we understand which country you are connecting from when you visit the Site or use our Services, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, and how you interacted with the Site or use our Services.

• Friends and Other Players: Our games and other Services support and enable players to interact with other players. • Game Developers: Sound Games publishes a mix of our own first-party titles and third-party titles developed by our development partners. With some of our third-party titles, we may share your personal information with the developer to support your use of the Services.

• Service Providers: Sound Games, like many businesses, hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions, such as cloud, hosting and other information technology providers, payment service providers, analytics services. When we employ another entity to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function.
